the good life

A place where transformation begins & inspiration never ends!

“My work and the creation of “the GOOD LIFE movement” is dedicated to make a positive impact in this ever more confusing, healthy living, always comparing, never resting world. No overwhelming information, but practical holistic health practices that anyone can follow to live a more happy, healthy, and purpose-driven life.”

What is the GOOD LIFE all about?

Everybody is talking about it, yet only few are really living it: the GOOD LIFE.

Most of us wander through our days hoping to reach a better life one day.

But this day may never come.

In life many of us are trying to discover who we are and what life really means to us. The mainstream media is talking about the importance of “finding the right diet, the right exercise, and your purpose” to make your life a good one. Self-care, self-awareness, self-love books are flooding the market. But where should we start?

The truth is “life is not about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.” It’s about discovering what we’re capable of and learning from our challenges in life to evolve into the person we inspire to be. I strongly believe that our purpose lies in our very unique story. We don’t just “find” it one day. On the contrary, we constantly create and recreate it in the present moment.

By looking at our problems in life as challenges to learn and grow from; including physically, mentally, and spirituality, we are actually creating and defining ourselves every moment we live. Basically, we live to learn so we may as well learn to live.

I believe, these challenges are not meant to defeat us but to reveal us, though ourselves!

The only way you are going to achieve your own GOOD LIFE is to accept where you are and trust that everything is going to work out. Remember this: Just because it’s a bad chapter doesn’t mean it’s going to be your whole life!

What I’ve come to realise – through studying psychology, nutrition and ancient science as well as my own experience as a patient – is that whereas conventional western medicine is undoubtedly life-saving, it isn’t always soul-saving. In other words, you can be declared “cured” without being truly “healed”. By addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects that contribute to health and well-being, you connect to your body’s innate wisdom, opening yourself to deeper healing and inner transformation. If that’s the kind of help you’re seeking, then you’re in the right place.

We chose who we are.

Whether we realise it or not, every choice we make shapes us into who we are. It’s up to us wether we decide to change our daily habits or not.  It’s our decision to stand and fight or walk away. It’s you alone who decides to face the things you’re unhappy with in your life and change them or just except them. Bottom line, every choice we make, every challenge we face, it’s how we choose to handle each moment in our lives that creates the person you see in the mirror every day.

I believe, if you view your challenges as an everlasting lesson of life, you’ll focus less on the problems and more on the solutions to move forward. What we need to do is embrace each problem in life. Good or bad. To find the meaning behind it and allow it to become an opportunity to grow as a human being.

At least, that is what I have decided to do!

With this in mind, you can learn more from your experiences and make the choices that help create the person you want to be, and not let your surroundings make the decision for you. You take your GOOD LIFE into your own hands!

Remember: “Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.

The GOOD LIFE is not something we arrive at one day. It’s a lense through which we constantly create and see the world!

I have decided to be a voice of inspiration for change in my life and others, and I want to encourage and help you to become the person you inspire to be.

It’s time to step out of your comfort zone and live up to your true potential!

Quick & well informed!

My blog posts are intended to provide you with interesting information about THE GOOD LIFE (including Yoga, Nutrition, and positive Psychology). Most topics are short and won’t need much of your time. A way that inspires not just understanding, but your action and integration as well. Back at University, I was never a fan of professors or teachers talking about a topic for hours with little valuable input. I didn’t like them constantly repeating what they had already said. Nevertheless, I still want you to get something out of my words, to read between the lines, to either learn or create something with them for yourself. So I advice you to not just read the post, but be open to take whatever you need from the hidden message between the lines. Trust me, there is always a bigger picture behind the written word.

On this site, I want to create pathways and moments that allow you to embrace your own potential. To connect. To reveal. To see and engage with possibility.

At the same time, keep in mind that the real magic happens when you lift up your head and start doing the work. I know it’s hard, but I also know it’s totally worth it!

I am happy if you let me join you on this magical journey to yourself. But don’t do this for me. Remember it’s all about YOU. It’s all ABOUT THE GOOD LIFE that we all deserve to live.

It’s time to stand up and say “I choose me. I choose to create my own GOOD LIFE!

The only question is:

Are you ready?

The secret to the good life?

Research from some of the longest-lived cultures around the world (so called Blue Zones) shows us that the “secret” of a healthy, happy and fulfilled life comes down to three things: a mostly plant-based diet, natural movement, and having a sense of purpose.

What are YOU craving? It all starts with the right diet that suits your individual nutritional needs! No matter what diet others follow, let us find for works for YOU.

Find what feels good! Through Yoga, I learned to appreciate my body and calm my mind again. Let me help you move your own body in a way that feels right for YOU.

We all have a story worth sharing! I want to inspire you to step out of your own comfort zone and use your unique skill set to turn your adversity into your greatest opportunity.
